Creative Media Specialist

Role Overview

As a Creative Media Specialist, you’ll handle the in-field production of our real estate marketing solutions, including:

  • Photography & Videography of listings and lifestyle content

  • Coaching Agents On-Camera for branding and talking-head content

  • 3D Scanning & Floor Plans for immersive tours

  • Aerial Drone Piloting to capture high-impact visuals
     

How We Support You (No Post Production Required):
At Motion 46 Media, we design the process so our creatives can focus on two things: delivering an amazing on-site client experience and capturing exceptional media.

That means you focus on becoming the best shooter possible—no editing, no exporting, no deliverable packaging, and no client escalation wrangling.

 

Our in-house team handles post-production, delivery logistics, billing, and extended client communications so you can stay in your creative lane and do your best work.

Outside the field, you’ll still own the project lifecycle by:

  • Organizing files and prepping clean hand-offs

  • Writing clear post-production instructions for our editing team

  • Relaying creative vision and reviewing edits for accuracy

  • Requesting revisions when needed and reshooting/correcting mistakes if required

  • Ensuring the project is completed to spec - primarily for agent branded content

  • Stay Organized: Manage schedule, gear, and files for smooth workflows and fast turnarounds.

  • Keep Growing: Get direction, feedback, and mentorship while leveling up your craft.

Schedule & Seasonality

  • Busy Season (March–October): Fast and full. Some evenings, and rare weekends. Overtime is available and expected when demand is high.

  • Slower Season (November–February): Fewer shoots and lighter days. You stay on salary, keep training, and help with internal projects. Expect less than 40hrs/wk, especially during Nov-Feb.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen client relationships with accountability, knowledge, and positivity

  • Capture and deliver listing services: photo, video, drone, 3D, and floorplans

  • Produce social content for agent branding (YouTube, short-form, community highlights)

  • Ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity

  • Create branded content for Motion 46 Media

  • Offer creative solutions and consult on in-field upgrades

  • Communicate expectations clearly on-site and remotely

  • Maintain equipment, stay organized, and keep calendar accuracy

  • Travel safely and on time to scheduled shoots

  • Share concise field notes with team members

  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license + reliable car (2015 or newer)

  • Live in the Brainerd Lakes Area

  • Reliable laptop/desktop with strong internet connection

  • iPhone/Mac user

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (must-have)

  • Two professional references

  • 2–3 years of creative or contractor experience

  • Experience with gimbals or Sony mirrorless cameras

  • FAA Part 107 drone license

  • Real estate, marketing, sales, or directing experience​

  • 1+ year of real estate photo/video experience

  • Advanced branding or portrait photography skills

  • AI prompting

  • Creative writing/copywriting​

Physical Expectations

  • Travel daily to shoots (driving required)

  • Stand for extended periods

  • Move and adjust objects up to 50 lbs

  • Operate electronic equipment with repetitive motion
