Marketing Specialist

Location: Nisswa, MN. Hybrid - Remote/Office
**Note** 30 hours starting. Moving to 35-40 after 1 month.

About the Role:
Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and connecting with clients to create meaningful strategies? Motion 46 Media is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time position blends social media expertise, creativity, client communication, and office management responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
-
Plan, implement, and monitor social media strategies across client accounts.

Manage the agency’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.

Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices to drive innovation and engagement.
​Client Relations
-
Communicate regularly with both new and current clients about their content needs.

Follow a consultation process with new potential clients.
-
Outreach via social media.
Creative Development
-
Create engaging and original content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other design platforms.

Create content using photography and videography & edit using Premier/FCP/CapCut
-
Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance both client and agency brand presence.

Create behind the scenes content for the company when needed
Office Support
-
Assist in day-to-day office management tasks as needed, providing crucial support for team operations.

Act as a backup for office roles during busy times or staff absences.

Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in social media coordination, copywriting, graphic design, and client communication.

Photo/video experience and editing
-
Strong familiarity with platforms such as Monday.com, Canva, and Adobe Suite.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Sales experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with potential leads and close deals.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

Full-Time Employment: 36–40 hours per week. Time of day is flexible.

Compensation: $25-30/hr.

Paid Time Off: 10 days annually (effective after 90 days).
