Andrew Spicola
Owner/Lead Creative
​Andrew founded Motion 46 Media in early 2023, bringing a fresh perspective to the real estate media industry in central MN. With a strong background in sales and marketing, Andrew honed his skills in building client relationships and creating compelling visual content. His passion for storytelling and eye for detail drive his mission to help clients showcase properties in the best possible light. Fun fact: Andrew had never used a real camera before starting a photography business.
Briana Spicola
Owner/Operations
After helping launch the business in 2023, Briana stayed at her full time job for an additional year. Starting in 2025, she is with Motion 46 Media full time handling operations.
A native of the BLA, Briana brings over 15 years of customer service and management experience from the hospitality industry. Her expertise keeps everything running smoothly while managing both the teams operations and client experience.
Brandon Brown
Creative Media Specialist
Brandon brings over a decade of hands-on experience in video production and editing to the Motion 46 Media team, with a career that spans television broadcasts, commercial production, and live event coverage. With an Upper Midwest Emmy to his name, he has a proven eye for capturing compelling visuals across a wide range of formats. Whether he's behind the camera or deep in post-production, Brandon's passion for storytelling shines through in every project. When he's not crafting content, you'll likely find him at the Lakes Area BMX track, where he volunteers his time giving back to the sport he once competed in professionally as a pro BMX racer.
Carter deNeui
Creative Marketing Specialist
Carter deNeui brings a passion for storytelling and a results-driven approach to social media management at Motion 46 Media. With years of experience helping brands grow their online presence through strategic content planning, photography, and video production, he has delivered measurable growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for a diverse roster of clients. Whether he's building out a content calendar or managing day-to-day platform activity, Carter combines creative instinct with an organized, client-focused mindset. When he's not crafting content strategies, you'll find him outdoors — hunting or fishing somewhere in the Midwest.
