Common Questions
Yes, these galleries are representative, not “one‑off” hero projects. We use the same equipment, same on-site process, and same editing process that you see here for all real estate projects. Our process does not change whether it's a $200k house or a $5m luxury lake home.
Agents have been winning more listings. With a powerful portfolio of photos and videos, agents are arriving to listing presentations with stronger marketing assets. Paired with a social media presence, the community has noticed the elevated marketing.
Rob Birkeland: "I've even had past clients reach out and state how impressed they are with how we have been presenting homes online."
Sellers are impressed too.
Jacob Hanson: "The sellers couldn't believe that's how beautiful their house looked!"
Most listing videos are shot the way someone walks through a house — front door, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, done. The camera wanders. There's no real thought given to what the viewer should feel or see first.
We approach it differently, even on our most basic video.
Every shot is composed with a purpose. We're not just pointing and moving — we're thinking about what each clip is doing for the overall video, the same way we think about every photo. That discipline shows up in the final product, even if most viewers can't explain why it looks better.
We also start every video with a visual hook. If it's a lake home, we're not opening on the driveway — we're opening on the lake. The highest-value features come first, because that's what stops someone from scrolling and makes them want to see the rest. The first few seconds of a listing video either earn attention or lose it.
The result is a video that actually works as a marketing tool — not just proof that someone walked through the house with a camera.
Our process doesn't change based on the house. What will get you the results like what you see in our portfolio, regardless of price range, will be prep and decor. Is the home tidy? Does decor match the type of home?
Not every home will have the touch of an interior designer, but know that our photography process will be the same. Our goal is to make every property look it's best.
